Vertical Swing Series of Mill

Introduction
The vertical pendulum series mill is a technological innovation based on the traditional Raymond mill. The technical indicators of this mill have been greatly improved compared with the traditional Raymond mill. It is a new type of Raymond mill with high efficiency and energy saving. The vertical pendulum mill is suitable for grinding limestone, calcite, marble, talc, gypsum, barite, fluorite, zeolite, manganese ore, ilmenite, phosphate rock, bentonite, starch, kaolin and other non-flammable and explosive materials with a hardness below Mohs level 7 and a humidity below 6%. The fineness can be adjusted between 0.18-0.015 (80-800 mesh) at will. It is an upgraded product of the R-type pendulum mill.
Application scope of pendulum mill
(1) Soil. Clay, porcelain clay, bentonite, magnesia, pottery clay and alumina.
(2) Non-metallic minerals. Gypsum, talc, graphite, fluorite, calcite, limestone, quartz, barite, apatite, wollastonite, feldspar and quartz.
(3) Metal oxides. Manganese iron ore, chromite, ilmenite and bauxite.
(4) Chemical synthetics. Coke, lime coke, smelting coke and barium sulfate.
(5) Others. The products of pendulum mill can be used in many industries, such as magnesium powder as refractory layer of blast furnace in metallurgical industry; barite powder is used to seal oil injection nozzle in oil mining; bentonite slurry is used as lubricant for drilling; different stone powders are used as fillers in rubber, plastic, papermaking and coating in chemical and light industry; the raw materials of ceramics, glass, enamel, white cement, gypsum and magnesia products in building materials industry are all processed by pendulum mill.
(6) Pendulum mill is mainly used to grind various non-flammable and explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 7 and humidity below 6%.
