Primary Industrial Applications of PVC Plastic Grinding Mills

I. PVC Recycling & Regeneration
This is the core application area for grinding mills, targeting the circular utilization of waste PVC products:
Processing Recycled Material: Further grinding broken pieces (from recycled PVC pipes, sheets, profiles like window/door frames, films, sheets, shoe soles, cable sheathing, etc.) into powder. After impurity removal, it serves as raw material again for producing new goods. This achieves a "Waste Plastic → Recycled Powder → New Product" closed-loop, reducing raw material costs and environmental pollution.
Improving Recycled Material Utilization Rate: Ground PVC powder has uniform particle size, facilitating easy blending with virgin material. It can be proportionally blended with virgin resin to produce lower-specification items (e.g., drain pipes, decorative strips), significantly enhancing the economic value of recycled material.
II. PVC Product Manufacturing & Processing
Within the production of virgin PVC products, grinding mills optimize raw material form to meet specific process requirements:
Modification Processing: Grinding PVC resin particles into fine powder enables more uniform mixing with additives like plasticizers, stabilizers, fillers (e.g., calcium carbonate), and flame retardants. This enhances the performance of modified PVC materials (e.g., flexibility, strength, weather resistance), used for producing flexible PVC (e.g., artificial leather, IV tubing) or rigid PVC (e.g., pipes, sheets).
Powder Molding Pre-treatment: For PVC products manufactured using processes like powder injection molding or compression molding, grinding mills provide powder feedstock meeting precise particle size requirements. This ensures uniform product density and eliminates bubbles after molding.
