High pressure suspension roller of grinding mill

High-pressure suspension roller mill is mainly composed of main machine, fineness analyzer, blower, finished product cyclone powder accumulator, bag dust collector and connecting air duct. According to user needs, it can also be equipped with auxiliary equipment such as crusher, elevator, storage bin, electromagnetic vibration feeder and electrical control cabinet. In the main machine, the roller assembly is suspended on the roller hanger through the cross arm shaft. The roller hanger is fixedly connected with the main shaft and the scraper frame. The pressure spring is on the outer end face of the cantilever in the roller bearing chamber. The cross arm shaft is used as a fulcrum to force the roller to press tightly on the inner surface of the grinding ring. When the motor drives the main shaft to rotate through the transmission device, the scraper installed on the scraper frame rotates synchronously with the roller, and the roller rolls on the inner circle of the grinding ring while rotating. The motor drives the impeller of the analyzer to rotate through the transmission device. The higher the impeller speed, the finer the separated powder.
