LD series single shaft shredder has been specially designed for waste plastic products with small volume and wall thickness. The rotor knife adopts a square knife with a groove in the middle. The 4 corners of the rotor knife can be used alternately, and each knife can be used 4 times continuously. The ultra-low speed of 60rpm combined with the compact design of the shredder itself makes it even quieter when shredding blocks. The plug-and-play intelligent control system guarantees that the equipment is ready at any time and place. Hopper

Special designed hopper to avoid material flying out. The machine is fitted with a large filling hopper and can be loaded by conveyor belt, forklift, crane or wheel-loader. This funnel can be adapted to suit individual requirements and guarantees a continuous and economical supply of material.

 

 

Screen

The screen mounted beneath the rotor determines the size of the required flakes. The screen is also easily accessible by a separate flap and can be changed easily. The screen can be opened or closed hydraulically.

 

 

Blades

Depending on the material and product shape to be shredded different types of blades can be selected.

 

 

Hydraulic Station

The motor, oil pump and valve group of the hydraulic station are all made of Taiwan brand, with reliable quality. The system is equipped with water cooler, which can effectively control the oil temperature below 55 ° C.

 

 

Inverter

The Inverter can automatically adjust the motor speed according to the actual load demand, so as to effectively reduce the energy consumption.

 

 

Control System of Shredder

The electrical system adopts microcomputer PLC programming control and whole process automation.

After commissioning, the operator only needs to press start and stop. Save labor costs and ensure the safety of the operating environment.
