The Process Flow Of Fire Iron Crusher

Fire-burned iron is a product of waste incineration power plants. After rust and impurity removal, it can be used as a raw material for steelmaking. The traditional treatment process of fire-burned iron is dry grinding + water washing. Due to many shortcomings such as high water consumption, high loss, and poor quality of finished products, it has now been eliminated by the market.

Fire-burned iron crusher is a new equipment of our factory. It adopts dry crushing and one-time forming. The machine has a large technology, processing range, high production efficiency, and less environmental pollution during the processing. It is the current mainstream processing equipment.

Working principle:
When the fire-burned iron crusher is working, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at high speed. After the fire-burned iron enters the crushing chamber, it is hit, collided, sheared and torn by the wear-resistant hammers on several layers of rotors during the falling process. It is repeatedly rubbed and hit to break. Rust, soil and other attachments are gradually peeled off. The finished product is a dense pellet-shaped crushed material, which then falls from the discharge port at the lower end into the conveyor for transportation and stacking.

Process flow:
The production line of the fire-burned iron crusher consists of a feed conveyor, a vertical crusher, a belt conveyor, a magnetic separator, a dust collector, and an operating cabinet. The crushed material from the vertical crusher passes through a belt conveyor and a magnetic separator to separate the iron metal and impurities, and is then sent out and piled up by their respective conveyors.
